If, upon receiving your official app download link, the background tracking functionality fails to operate correctly on your device due to a verified technical bug, and our development team cannot resolve it within 7 business days, we will issue a 100% full refund of your R499 payment.3. By participating in our VIP Founding Member / Beta program, you acknowledge that you are purchasing early access to a software service currently undergoing final platform verification.3. Account Provisioning
Upon successful payment of the annual subscription fee, your registered email address is immediately provisioned in our secure database as a Pro user. Official application access links will be distributed via email following public store listing.4. Data Privacy & Compliance

Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cycle
AutoLogBook Pro operates on a strictly annual (yearly) billing cycle. Your subscription is valid for 365 days from the date of official application deployment and account activation.2. Turning Off Renewal
Users can cancel their upcoming annual renewal at any time. To cancel your renewal, simply send a direct email request to [email protected] at least 48 hours prior to your next scheduled billing date.3. Access Retained

Tracking only occurs when the user explicitly initiates a drive.• Odometer Data: We store the opening and closing odometer readings that you manually input to generate your compliant PDF and CSV exports.3. Autologbook (Pty) Ltd will retain your personal and location data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy (such as maintaining your historical tax-year logs).
